We understand that from time to time you may wish to return an item to us. If your item is returned unused and still in it's original packaging, you will receive a full refund, you are however responsible for associated postage costs.

Q. Is there a minimum order? A. For a heat pressed design, embroidery products or sublimated print the minimum order is just 1.
Q. What is the setup cost for this service? A. Vinyl and Sublimation a maximum of £10 + VAT and Embroidery £30 + VAT.
